The hotel staff are first rate and work very hard but the building is old, shabby and run down. Not at all a comfortable stay, regrettably

The worse hotel experience in my life. It used to be in the past a "Barcelo hotel" and at least it was safe. Now the rooms are very antiquated and dirty. Breakfast also have lower quality and the gym is not working at all. And the worst thing is the service, they don´t speak english at all so if you have any issue you are lost. In my case, some girl coming from the street was able to acces to my room with the "security" guy asking me about a money debt. Of course they were wrong, but as they couldn´t speak any word in english it was a horrible situation, security trust a unknown girl more than a customer. After about 10 minutes they left my room without give a single explanation. Please, don´t come to this hotel if you don´t want to be in a nightmare.

Hotel is a bit run down and in need of some life. Rooms are tatty but comfortable. Bar in the lounge is rarely staffed. Swimming pool was unavailable and grassed area out of bounds. Some staff don't speak very good English so communication is hard.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not sure if it is even a 2 star hotel. Everything is broken and cleanliness is a big issue. Room linen were torn. My room was without power 3 times a day. Very gloomy (dim lights) and suffocating hotel (due to heating)The breakfast/ dinner was Okay.

We had really bas experience with the spa personnel. They were really rude and talked bad about their customers in their language. We don’t recommend their spa to anyone. Furthermore the reception personnel was the best and most polite people and helpful.

This hotel is not 5 stars I’m sure for it Secondly has no A/C did not able to sleep all night because of warm

The hotel is stunning. The service was amazing but the noise was not ok. The rooms were high end and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to coming back again in the very near future.

I stayed their for 4 days because i was too busy to move to another hotel. I felt like i was in a horror movie. I arrived at 4 am there was no security no butler no reception lights were off the elevators always felt like they would go off at any second. I dont like any of the interior as well as the inconvenient music everywhere all the time. I should give their breakfast a 1 star only. Since I did not like any of the cooked items i chose food that could never be cooked wrong like boiled eggs and salads yoghurt butter and honey *the basics* I'm a cheese person too but the quality of their cheese was so disappointing. Staff are friendly and nice but can not be considered a 4-5 star hotel staff.
