Merkezin en doğu kısmında bulunur.
Taşlıçay ilçesinin yolu üstündedir.
Şehitlik anıtı ve makamı, 2 lise, 1 ortaokulu, pazar hali, hayvan pazarı, yaşlı bakım merkezi, HZ. Aişe Camii bu kurumun çevresinde bulunurlar.
Merkezden sarı dolmuşların son durağı ile van yolu üzerinde hayvan pazarına giden beyaz arabalarla rahatça bu kuruma gidilir.
Bu kurumda çalışacak ya da çevresinde iş ya da ev hayatını kuracak, dostlarımızın geniş toprağa sahip bu şehrimizi yeşillik ve ağaç dikmeleri ricasında da bulunmak istiyorum.
Ayrıca; bu cevrede halı sahası bulunmakla top oynamaya uygun geniş yerleri var.
