Et Atölyesi’nin temellerinde 30 senelik bilgi birikimi , deneyim ve tecrübe yatmaktadır. Şirketimiz Samsun’da “Etaş”markası ile 70’li yıllardan bugüne ticari faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir..
Bugün , restorant yöneticimiz Doğan ÜYÜK ve 30 Yıllık deneyimiyle bizimle bu yolda yürüyen Mutfak Şefimiz Ahmet Tosun’un muhteşem tatlarını Samsunlular ile buluşturmanın gururunu yaşıyoruz.
Etin üretim sürecinden, misafirlerimize sunumuna kadar ki tüm kontrollerini elimizde bulundurduğumuz mekanımızda en lezzetli etleri misafirlerimizle buluşturuyoruz.
Zengin menümüzde serpme kahvaltımızda et ve peynir çeşitlerini ağırlıkta tutuyoruz. Izgara sucuk, pastırmalı hellim sarma, sebzeli biftek sarma ve mantar dolma ile Samsun’da pek rastlanmayan bir başlangıç menüsüne sahibiz. Etli ve tavuklu salatalarımızla da farkımızı ortaya koyuyoruz.
Steaklerimizle özellikle de Dallas ve Lokum da oldukça iddialıyız. Bonfilenin iç kısmından yaptığımız Lokum; Samsunluların vazgeçilmezi oldu. Bunların dışında sabah çorbası, çökertme, atölye kavurma, zırh kıyma ile de iddiamızı ortaya koyuyoruz.
Titizlikle seçtiğimiz mutfak ekibimiz, Şefimiz ile harikalar yaratıyor. Dünya mutfağını tanıyan çalışanlarımızın hepsi birbirinden deneyimli.
Et Atölyesine geldiğiniz an’dan ayrılacağınız zamana kadar size hem nostaljik hem de günümüz modern yapısı ile ahşap ağırlıklı konsept eşlik eder.
Restoranımızda çağdaş ışıklar , ete uygun çengeller değişik mimarisi ile çok özel olan Et Atölyesi iki katta hizmet veriyoruz. 60 m2 civarında olan alt katımızda 45 , 200 m2 den daha büyük olan üst katımızda 100 kişiyi aynı anda ağırlayabiliyoruz.
Üst katımızda VIP bölümümüz , grupları ağırladığımız bölümümüz ve balkonumuz bulunuyor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice experience I've visited this place more than one time and every time is the same today we ordered some double burger and Dallas dry age steak the burger was OK
the Dallas steak was ok too I order it as a medium-rare and The chef did an excellent job making it medium rare The staff are really friendly
The things I didn't like are:
1: The cheese in the double burger wasn't that good, I highly recommend them to use another kind of cheese
2: The Dell steak wasn't seasoned well I highly recommend them to season them well next time, so it can observe the taste
And it wasn't crunchy they Might consider using butter after cooking, so the steak would taste better
3: A wrong knife was served to us to cut the meat it was like a chainsaw knife, and It didn't do A good job cutting the meat I recommend them to use a straight sharp knife because the chainsaw knife kinda destroyed the experience of cutting the meat, and it Left it in an awful shape
4:The reason why I gave them four stars, not five believe it or not is because of the meat itself it's being advertised as high-end meat but to be honest it was just normal I've tried the dry age steak before
And for the price they offer 110 TL, it's perfect because those kinds of high-end meat will cost around $150-$250
