Çevreniz var ise zengin de olsanız yardımları alabiliyorsunuz. Kaymakam imzalıyor tüm bu yardımları ancak bu konuda bilgisi var mı yok mu emin değilim. Çalışanlar da iyi niyetli görünüyor. Görüntü ile katkısı aşırı ters orantılı, ne şekilde çalıştığını veya hangi yasa ve yönetmeliklere bağlı olduğunu anlayamadığımız enteresan bir kamu kurumu.
