A clean and stayable officer facility

The guesthouse is nice the first time there was a baby cot in the room. A well thought out app for families with babies.

The rooms are clean and there is every opportunity, the staff members are concerned.

It is a public facility where you can stay in Eskişehir at an affordable price. Breakfast has been canceled due to the pandemic. Public personnel 60 TL per person. Towels are clean, soap, shampoo and slippers are available. There is no air conditioning. Even if it's not very luxurious, if you say it's okay, it's fine if you're going to use it to sleep in the evening. If you are going at night, do not pass 00:00, you may not be allowed in for security reasons.

A warm beautiful place only suitable for accommodation but far from the city center

If you are a civil servant and you are looking for a place to stay for the day, for the week, it is perfect. The rooms are spacious, with desk, fridge, television and internet. The price is reasonable compared to hostels. The place is in a quiet place, there is a parking lot.

The room has never been cleaned, the dirty room, maybe it is never cleaned. I have never stayed in such a dirty guesthouse. I think if you intend to stay, give up...

We stayed one night. Since it was the beginning of October, the weather was quite cool and we froze. Breakfast, food, tea etc. nothing. 60 TL per night is charged in advance for the number of nights you will stay at the entrance. The room also had two single beds. A 37-inch television, an empty refrigerator and a closet. It's like two small shampoos in the bathroom. No disposable slippers, no towels, no water or drinks in the cupboard. So they give dry room for 60 TL. Is it normal for this price, I think it's normal I wish it was for breakfast. Anyway, they don't matter. The important thing is: the room is filthy! I've stayed in so many places, I've never seen such a dirty place. Since there is no carpet on the floor, it looks awful everywhere. There is no cleaning, for this reason I would not choose it again. It has a parking lot, but because it is in partnership with the Tax Office, it is a disaster, it is difficult to find a place. There is no place to eat or shop around the guesthouse. The nearest market is 15 minutes walking distance. I went out at 6:30 p.m., got in the car, and what can I see, the garden gate is locked. I couldn't get out. It's an interesting place. I won't stay again.
