The library that was expected for 5 years should definitely not have been this. There are many problems, no internet connection. It is very difficult to plug and unplug the sockets at the bottom of the ground, and they do not reach the table in height. Only the upper floor closes at 22:00. It is forbidden to eat inside, free drinks can be served in libraries in other cities. So-called tables should be seated by leaving spaces, but everyone is crowded together, rightfully so of course. If you don't come early in the morning it is very difficult to find a place. Besides, why are you responding as if you are tripping on the nation instead of realizing and accepting your shortcomings and finding solutions, dear "business owner".

First of all, this is not a business, it's a government agency. You can't respond to people's comments in a way that resents them. There is no socket, no internet, as it is 17.00, all the people are forced to be stuck on a single floor. The library you built in 5 years shouldn't be this inadequate and bad. It is not appropriate to receive such bad service in a place known as a student city like Eskişehir. You don't deserve anything.

There is an attendant working every weekday in the 4th floor study hall and he never wears a mask. It is very ironic that we are warned every minute because of the mask, while this man can walk among us all day without a mask. The sockets are ridiculous, there are sockets lying around, and the same librarian kicked my phone, which I plugged into a socket on the floor, it's so underfoot, it's extremely annoying even if it's accidental. It is not clear whether we are going to the library or not for the patience test.
