Eskişehir Osmangazi University Hospital

It is almost impossible to reach the orthopedics department and to make an appointment here. I waited a year and a half to have the surgery. They never gave a day, they said they will call and did not call. Very bad in terms of patient follow-up. When you can reach the instructors, they offer the necessary service and support, but only if you can reach them. This place is physically filthy, overcrowded and chaotic. There's a lot to go through.

I'm sleeping on the 9th floor.. very dirty, male and female washbasins are out of use because they are locked for 1 hour and cleaning is being done.... is the WC locked in the hospital and cleaning is done... Let the hospital make my patients room here..????????

The emergency service and the staff were extremely ignorant, I went 2 times, first I had a right heel pain, they took x-rays and sent them, then they found that the heel was broken in another hospital. In the other hospital, I took my mother, her ears were clogged, they wrote a drop and sent them and they said to go to another hospital and have her washed.

I am a student and when I went to the ED two weeks ago, I was told that my health insurance was not visible, but after I was treated, I paid some fees. When I went to the emergency room today (21.11.2021- 22.26), the secretary who entered the emergency room asked me for an advance of 200 TL and said that if I did not give this money, he would not initiate the procedure. When I said that I did not encounter such a problem in my previous visit, he said, "No, they did it wrong" with a careless expression. Such staff do not take patients seriously and seriously, I can't sit still because of the pain in my leg. Even though I have my student card, even the slightest tolerance was not shown. They can approach patients in a more caring way. Thank you for considering.

God bless those who fulfill their duties properly in hospitals, but action should be taken against all personnel who do their duty unlovedly and who do not take this hatred out of patients and do not help. Or if they are animals, we are still animals. Good thing I haven't been to this hospital yet.
