★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for the room you get. The room cost the same as the Ibis in Eskişehir. The condition of the room was poor, the bathroom cabinet was falling apart and the carpet was stained and dirty. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to be very close to the tourist attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in two rooms. The uppermost floor was not heating well, plain cold. The room next to the lifts was noisy. In neither of the rooms, there was no blackout curtain. Wifi is so-so. Apart from those flaws, the guesthouse is clean and there is a good breakfast.
