This place is probably the best choice if you are visiting Kayseri in summer, since you won't be going to Mount Erciyes. Lovely and not very pricey, unfortunately the caves are bricked shut since apparently people were drinking inside and making a mess.
Photo: People who don't know Turkish doesn't understand the beauty of this lovely sign.
