I was renting more than 10 times a year, now I switched to another company. The 3 vehicles I rented were given dirty, you do not put any of your belongings in the vehicles called clean. The prices on the website are never correct, they are shown cheaper. A new application requires you to have the vehicles washed or to have them delivered by washing, they demanded an extra fee on delivery because they were dirty. .I have no problems with the staff, they are all friendly and professional in helping customers

I am a traveller from Japan and I travelled there wih my family.
I rent a car for from Eser rent a car in there and they ripped us and gave us broken car.
We had a flat tyre while we were driving to Goreme and there was no spare tyre in the car.Side mirror fell off on the way learned that it was broken in the beginning.
PLEASE AVOID this ESER RENT A CAR in DENIZLI.
Everything was nice but these people made me and my family miserable in another country.
Damn on these people.
People be careful and don't take any risk renting car from them.
Kesinlikle bu gazoz kapagi akili olan fukinlerden uzak durun, sakinin,paraniz bosa gider!!!
