İsmini vermek istemeyen kağıttan okuyabildiğim kadarıyla soyadı “Ören” olan arkadaş, teslim formunu doldurmadan imzalatmak istedi. İmzalamayıp, şikayetlerimi söylemeye başlayınca da arabayı satın almadın kiraladın dedi. Formu zorla doldurttuğum için formu yüzüme fırlattı. Beğenmediysen bir daha kiralamazsın dedi.
The vehicles are old, dirty and neglected, they do not fill the tank, so you have to buy more gasoline because you do not know how much gasoline you need to buy. As far as I could read on the paper, who did not want to give his name, the friend whose surname was “Ören” wanted to have him signed without filling out the delivery form. When he didn't sign and started to say my complaints, he said you didn't buy the car, you rented it. He threw the form in my face because I had to forcefully fill out the form. He said if you don't like it, you won't rent it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car from Gaziantep and unfortunately due to no one speaking English the guy gave me a car not as it was described. But I travelled to Ankara Rent Go Airport centre and Mr Atilla Aksu
And he solved my problem very easily and as upset I was due to problems with my old car! He exchanged the car for me to a better car and he made me satisfied and now I'm going to stay with Rent Go because of him specially and thanks to his team in the office.
