★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garantiden Servise verdiğim ürünü nezaman alabileceğimi sorduğumda cevap bile vermediler firmaya sorun parça gelince yaparız biz size haber veririz diye ilgisiz ve tavırlı yaklaştılar ürünü 1aydan fazla süre alamadım ve tam şikayet edicektim ki sizin makineniz 2haftadır hazır dediler haber bile vermeyip yine magdur ettikleri halde bir de tavır gördüm ürünü teslim aldığımda ise ürünün alt kapagı eksik daha önceden olan parça yok ürünün kaportası ekstradan delinmiş vidalar cıkıyor motorun devri eskisi gibi değil sesi gücü azalmış bir de biz oraya dokunmadık burayı ellemedik geldiğinde oyleydi diye ters bir tutumla karşılaştık yani herşey ürünü satana kadarmış ne bir güleryüz gördük ne doğru düzgün bir hizmet ne de güven gördük. merkezi aradığımızda Hatice hanımla konuşunca ancak sorunu çözebildik kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz lakin bu eski otogarın oradaki servis diye geçen dükkana gidip esnaflık görmeyi beklemeyin kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

When I received the product, the bottom cover of the product is missing, there is no previous part, the hood of the product is extra drilled, the screws are coming out, the engine's speed is not the same as before, its sound power has decreased, and we did not touch it, we did not touch it, we encountered a reverse attitude that it was all until we sold the product, what a smile we saw. We did not see any proper service or trust. When we called the center, we talked to Ms. Hatice, but we were able to solve the problem. We thank her, but I definitely do not recommend you to go to the shop called the service in this old bus station and expect to see tradesmen.
