Customer relationship is zero. He tried to sell a scarf for the same price, more expensive. He closed the store for a change and made us wait for 20 minutes.

They don't take their job seriously. Communication with the customer is very bad. Their faces are always grim. I didn't want to buy what I was going to buy, I left without buying it.
