The living room is very hygienic and spacious. Esra teacher is also very interested, disciplined and smiling. Even me, who doesn't do sports other than walking, made me love sports.

He is a very caring and relevant teacher. Power plate was also a different experience. Exercising has never been this fun. The results are satisfactory. I strongly recommend.

It's a great experience as someone who only walks all my life. I'm a conscious trainer, Esra, her naturalness, sincerity, and smiling face impressed me a lot. And we've been working on pawerplate for 3 months, I've had amazing changes in my body with weight loss, thanks to pawerplate and Esra teacher ?

Bilgili, disiplinli, bi okadarda güler yüzlü. Tek kelimeyle harika. Kendisini çok seviyorum. Powerplate ile çok güzel ilerlioruz. Ve yaza kadar müthiş değişimler elde edeceğimize inanıyorum. Esra hoca önce beni inanırdı sonra uyguladı. Beni pes etmediğiniz için çok teşekkür ederim hocam ❤️
I had many diets and many sports experiences, but none of them were effective. They're always excuses to give up. After I found Esra teacher, my perspective on sports and nutrition changed. Knowledgeable, disciplined, and smiling at the same time. Simply great. I love her so much. We are progressing very well with Powerplate. And I believe we will achieve great changes by the summer. Esra teacher first believed in me and then applied it. Thank you very much sir for not giving up on me ❤️
