★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen sene yeğenim kaldı. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum. Kışın ortasında fatura ödenmediği için elektriksiz kaldi apart. Çocuklar dondu soğuktan. Sular kesildi habire. Temizlik yok. Böyle işletmeleri belediye nasıl oluyor da denetlemiyor.
My nephew stayed last year. I do not recommend at all. Since the bill was not paid in the middle of winter, it was left without electricity. The children froze from the cold. The waters stopped. No cleaning. How the municipality does not control such businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavsiye etmiyorum!!! Elektrik su ve doğalgazın ne zaman kesileceği ve ne zaman geri geleceği belli olmuyor. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği fiyata dahil olmasına rağmen bazı günler mazeret belirtmeksizin kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği verilmedi. Sorunlarımıza çözüm odaklı yaklaşılmadı.
I do not recommend!!! It is not clear when electricity water and natural gas will be cut and when it will come back. Although breakfast and dinner are included in the price, some days breakfast and dinner were not given without any excuse. Our problems were not approached as solution oriented.

Yemek desen başlayıp ta bitmesi 5 dk yı almıyor. Alt yorumlardaki Hikmet arkadaşım ile aynı odada kaldık. Her yorumuna katılıyorum. Spor salonu falan hikaye onlara yorum yapmaya gerek yok kendimi yoramam. Apartın süpürgesi bile yok daha ne senebilir ki. 1 yıldız bile fazla buraya.

You get used to the water cut, after a while the rest learns when the water loan will end. It does not take 5 minutes for the food to start and end. We stayed in the same room with my Hikmet friend in the sub-comments. I agree with every comment. There is no need to comment on the story of a gym or something. There is not even a broom in the apartment, what more can you expect? Even 1 star is over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anadolu üniversitesine erişim olarak çok yakın fakat bazı eksiklikleri var. Şu an apartın genel adı aslında Azra apart ve 4 bloğu var. Es ersi apart diye geçen aslında Azra aparta bağlı C blok. Daireler genel olarak küçük ve buzdolabı yok dairelerde. Yemek güzel çıkmıyor. Su kesintisi çok oluyor. Fakat yıl içinde hic dogal gazim veya elektrigim kesilmedi. Fiyatlar makul fakat herkese farkli fiyat veriyorlar. Tavsiyem eger burada kalicaksaniz kalan kisilere fiyat sorun ve ona gore fiyati dusurtturun ve tüm bloklardaki daireleri kesinlikle gezip görün.
Access to Anadolu University is very close but there are some shortcomings. At the moment the general name of the apartment is actually Azra apart and 4 blocks. Es ersi apart is the fact that Azra aparta connected C block. The apartments in general are small and there is no fridge in the apartments. The food doesn't look good. There's a lot of water outage. But during the year no natural gas or electricity was cut. Prices are reasonable but they give different prices to everyone. My advice is if you stay here, ask the price of the remaining people, and according to him, the price and the apartments in all blocks definitely visit.
