It has a newly opened clean and friendly staff. But don't go for waffles. It comes too late as they do it with a waffle maker. The waffle that comes is not good at all, the waffle dough tastes something different. The price is also extremely expensive, about 30 TL. I didn't try the kumpir

It's a small but cute place. Kumpirs are big and hearty and they also make waffles. There is a garden to sit in the open area, but it is very small, there are only two tables. I tried both kumpir and waffle and they were pretty good. You may not be able to find a parking spot right in front of it, my advice is to park where you found it just before I arrive.
