I have been buying stale cheddar from your website for about two years, we also bought it from your store in Erzurum and we were very pleased. In my last order, 2 kilos of old cheddar came in orange and it came out very bitter. I guess you sent it wrong, I'm surprised. Didn't you look at the color?
