★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elimden gelse 1 yıldız bile vermem. Ürün İstanbuldan 3 günde geliyor 5 günde bana teslim edilemiyor. Gidip kendim almak zorunda kaldım. Bunu kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.
I wouldn't give a star if I could. The product comes from Istanbul in 3 days and cannot be delivered to me in 5 days. I had to go get it myself. Would definitely not recommend it.

25 Haziranda Horoza verilen kargo İstanbul'dan Erzurum'a 4 günde geliyor ama sistemde 5. gün geldiğini görebildim.
Erzincan'a aktarması kaç günde yapılır Allah bilir.
Bekliyorum.
Ayrıca telefondan çağrı merkezini aradığınızda "müsait durumdaki ilk temsilcimiz aramanızı yanıtlayacaktır" diyor 1 saat geçse de bağlanan yok, muhatap yok, kaç kere aradım ben sayısını unuttum.
Dükkanı kapatın, bu sektörden ayrılın, işi ehline bırakın.

Googlede Erzurumda 3 adet horoz lojistik ismi çıkıyor. Kargomuzun nerede olduğunu bile zor öğreniyoruz. Bence Horoz Lojistik kendi işine dönsün. Korgoculuk size göre değil. Musteri hizmetlerini arıyorum Kargomuz ne zaman gelecek diyorum Bulunduğunuz bölgeye yolumuz ne zaman düşerse mantığı ile cevap veriyor.

The phone number of the transfer center is definitely not answered. There are 3 rooster logistics names in Erzurum on Google. We hardly even learn where our cargo is. I think Horoz Logistics should go back to its own business. Korgo is not for you. I am calling customer services. I say when our cargo will arrive.
