★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eski eşyalarla döşenmış ,Erzurum adetlerini yansıtan bir yer.müze gibi gezdikten sonra,isterseniz cafesinde oturabilirsiniz.Ancak fiyatlar Erzurum a göre biraz yüksek geldi.çay4 tl,kahve 9 tl.çok memnun kalmadık.ama Erzurum hakkınd bilgi sahibi olmak isterseniz,gezmenizi öneririm.Erzurumda kullanılan yerel eşyalar yerel giysiler v.s. var.Ayrica kahvaltı servisi de var.
 A place furnished with old items, reflecting the Erzurum customs. After touring like a museum, you can sit in the cafe if you wish. However, the prices are a little higher than Erzurum. Tea4 TL, coffee 9 TL. We are not satisfied. But if you want to know about Erzurum, I recommend you to visit. Local items used in Erzurum, local clothes etc. There is also breakfast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok güzel bakır eşyalar var. Girişte 5 TL alıyorlar hem şaşırdım hem komiğime gitti. Sanırım gelen turistleri yolmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar
There are many beautiful copper items. They charge 5 TL at the entrance, I was both surprised and funny. I guess they're doing their best to rip off the tourists.

Service quality is very bad due to monopoly. Communication is poor and tables are not clean. Who knows when it was last cleaned.

The one on the wall is an enormous place that hasn't touched any historical texture, I didn't like the toilets, our people were dirty yes, but it could have been made more suitable for the place, it wasn't clean
