Erzinli may be a well-known brand, but my personal opinion is that they could not be tradesmen. The most valid thing in trade is the words given and spoken. If people do not stand by their word, they are not tradesmen. We opened a new business, we bought all the kitchen utensils from there, but the dough rolling machine we bought was too big for the counter, we called the owner of the company to change it. We wanted to replace it with the machine and we said that we tried the machine, no problem, we will change it, but when we went to the store, the employee said we can't change it, he said arrogantly, you used it, not even a needle is taken from the company that works with the staff who are more royalist than the king, and the customer is the boss.
