Çalışanlar genel olarak nazik davranıyordu. ilk 3 katında mağazalar standlar ve marketler bulunuyor en üst katta restoranlar ve sinema bulunuyor. içerisi gayet havadar ve temizdi. Orta derecede kalabalık diyebilirim. Gayet güzel olmasına rağmen bence Erzincana bir tık daha büyüğü yakışır. :))
 I really liked its appearance. Staff was generally courteous. On the first 3 floors there are shops, stands and markets, on the top floor there are restaurants and a cinema. It was very airy and clean inside. I would say moderately crowded. Although it is quite beautiful, I think Erzincana would be a little bigger. :))
