In terms of hotel management and price, I would definitely recommend those who come to Erzincan to stay here without looking for another place.
I would like to thank the employees and the concerned for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meraba günü birlik gezi için gittiğim erzincan da tesadüfen denk geldi otel 1. tutuğum odada 1. perdeler kopuk olduğu için 2. odaya alındım burdada yataklar pencerelerin önünde olduğu için açamadım klima nedense randuman vermedi ve mini buzdolabı bırakın içerisindekini soğutmayı aşırı ısındığı için üzerindeki eşyalar fırında kalmışgibiydi gerçekten abartmıyorum içerisine su koydum sabah içmek istedim sıcaktan midem bulandı ve sabaha kadar herifin biri bağırıp durdu müdahale edilmedi anlayacağınız sabaha kadar uyuyamadım ertesi gün uykusuz uykusuz ruh gibi dolaştım tecrübem bu oldu malesef 240 tl boşuna vermiş oldum
hello, I went to erzincan for a day trip, it happened by chance. I was taken to the 1st room in the 1st room because the curtains were broken, I was taken to the 2nd room here, because the beds were in front of the windows, I couldn't open the air conditioner for some reason, and the mini fridge didn't work well enough to cool it, it was like the items on it were left in the oven because it overheated. I'm not really exaggerating I put water in it I wanted to drink it in the morning I was sick to my stomach from the heat and until the morning one of the guys kept shouting and there was no intervention, you see, I couldn't sleep until the next day, I wandered like a sleepless soul the next day, this was my experience, unfortunately, I gave 240 TL for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatına göre çok iyi bir otel sadece bir puanı kırma nedenim otel içerisinde sigara içiliyor personelden bahsetmiyorum müşteriler odalarında içtiler için alt veya üst kata inanılmaz sigara kokusu geliyor bu konuda bir puan kırdım … bunda otel işletmecisinin bir suçu yok bina havalandırması ve müşteriler ile alakalı bir sıkıntı var kahvaltı çok zengin ve hemen hemen çoğu zaman ücretsiz çay ikramları var merkezi bir yerde bütün bankalara yakın konumda
It's a very good hotel for its price. The reason why I broke only one point is that there is smoking inside the hotel, I'm not talking about the staff, because the customers smoke in their rooms, there is an incredible smell of cigarettes on the ground floor or upstairs. I deducted a point in this regard ... it's not the fault of the hotel operator. There is a problem with the ventilation of the building and the customers breakfast is very rich and almost often there are free tea treats in a central place close to all banks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musluk başlıgı calısmıyordu , yorganlarda koku vardı , havlu kirliydi , televizyonda açılmıyordu.tek guzel yani kahvaltisiydi.
The faucet head was not working, there was an odor on the duvets, the towels were dirty, the TV was not turned on. The only good thing was breakfast.
