Kumtel is regrettable. Thank you to the friend who did the installation, but the installation was done. The product was faulty. The installation was interrupted on the weekend. It was done on the 5th day. The spare part was said to be a minimum of 1 week, let's see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknik servis iyi ama çok da çözüm odaklı değil. Tek yetkili bayi olmasından mıdır bilmem aldığınız ürün bu kadar der gibi davranıp verdiğiniz parayı küçümseyen tavır sergiliyorlar ama yine de en azından zamanında yeni alınan ürünü getirip kuruyorlar
Technical service is good but not very solution oriented. I don't know if it is because it is the only authorized dealer, they act as if the product you bought is this much and show contempt for the money you give, but still, at least they bring the new product and install it on time.
