You even wait 1 hour to get an ID back! 13.12.2021: The problems do not end, now the tomography device is faulty, they said it will be done in the day and they did not do it. Because of you, my treatment was delayed one more day. Most of the employees are not in place, we expect them to come for 10-15 minutes. I definitely do not recommend the hospital, even those badly remembered 90's public hospitals were running smoother.

Dr.Gonca Hanım (Emergency Doctor) could not write a report from today to tomorrow. He can write his needle, serum and medicine, but he says come tomorrow for the report, they will charge the examination fee again tomorrow. Maybe he doesn't know how to use a computer. I have been to many hospitals, but I have never met a smiling, knowledgeable doctor who spends so much time with his patients, takes care, listens to them patiently. The worst private hospital I've ever seen in my life (I'm 52). I applied for physical therapy. I went to this hospital for physiotherapy after polio sequelae (polio) and femur plus hip fracture. The physical therapy doctor, whose only concern was how many days I could receive physical therapy and how much money I could pay, did not even care about my problem. He should have told me how much treatment I need, but He was like, how much money do you have? He asked how much you could pay. If it weren't for the physiotherapists Hale and Yasemin Hanım, I would have stopped even the treatment I received for 15 days. If the physical therapy department of this hospital is outpatient, it is thanks to its physiotherapists. They are very kind and involved. But the doctor doesn't care. During my treatment, I sprained my foot, entered the emergency room, and was put on a splint. Even though the doctor knew about it, he never once asked me to examine what happened. He suggested that I go to orthopedics, but God bless! My advice to you is DO NOT TRUST THE PHYSIOTHERAPY DOCTOR!
