★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir kısmı 90 larda bir kısmı 2000 lerde yaptırılmıştır binaları eskidir. Yeşil alan çoğunluktadır sıkışık değildir, çarşısı pazarı yeteri kadar vardır. Evlerin fiyatları pahalı değildir ama güzeldir.
 Some of them were built in the 90's and some were built in the 2000's. The buildings are old. The green area is mostly not congested, there is enough bazaar market. The prices of the houses are not expensive but they are beautiful.

There are 2 entrances and exits to the island, one of them is Sakarya victory street and the other is Tınaztepe street. It has its own indoor market place. It has its own market. The houses are old but the green areas are beautiful.

It has improved a lot and continues to develop since the past, but this development has also been reflected in rent and house prices. It is very nice to have nature garden tree park and greenery all around but I can not say the same for those who have a spring fever. Kiremit rengine dokusuna yakışan ağaçlarıyla bildiğin kaç yer kaldı. Burası, binaların ağaçların arasında kaybolduğu yerdir.
Yeni Eryamandan daha ferah ve doğaldır. Umarım ilerleyen zamanlarda kentsel dönüşüm ile beton bir canavara dönüşmez.
In Ankara, where high-rise buildings surround the city and heavy traffic is overwhelming, it is the place where we come from the city center and define as 'this is beautiful, calm and green, how peaceful'. There are many neighborhoods in this gray city where you can collect your annual linden from the tree. How many places do you know with trees that match the color of the tiles and their texture? This is where the buildings disappear into the trees.
It is more spacious and natural than the new Eryaman. I hope it doesn't turn into a concrete monster with urban transformation in the future.
