A	Aliye Penekli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün Ertan beyin salonuna saç kesimi için randevu alarak gittim. Dövmeli Kadir beş dakikada kesti. Kesti mi kırıklarını mı aldı tartışılır. Ne kendisi özel birkesim yaptı ne de benim istediğim gibi kesti. Sonrasında bayan elemana köpük yapıp şekil vermesini söyledi. O bayan da ıslak saça köpük yapıp iki dakika fönü tuttu.Saş diplerim kurumadan olayı bitirdi. Ben ıslak ve kötü bir saça 60 TL ödeyip çıktım. Oturduğum sitede üç kuaför vardı.Eminim onların kesimi daha özenli ve güzel olurdu. Üstelik kesim onlarda 30 TL. Saç kesimine gidecek olanlara, bir kez daha düşünün derim. Bir daha asla gitmem... Saygılar... Today I went to the brain salon by appointment for haircut. Tattooed Kadir cut in five minutes. Is it cut or broken? Neither he made a special cut nor cut it as I wanted. Then the lady told the staff to make foam and shape. That lady, too, made foam on wet hair and took a blow-dry for two minutes. I paid 60 TL for a wet and bad hair. There were three hairdressers on the site I was living in. I am sure their cut would be more attentive and beautiful. Moreover, the cut is 30 TL. I would say to those who will go to the haircut, think again. I will never go again ... Regards ...

Kötü yapılan saça yorum yaptığımızda kaba bir tavırla karşılaştık maalesef. Makyaja gelince, hiç profesyonel değil. Evimizde yapsaydık daha güzel olurdu. Gelinin en güzel günün mahvetmekte üstlerine yok! It's funny that you think you're so good because you're not good at hair or makeup. Hospitality is zero. Unfortunately, we encountered a rude attitude when we commented on badly made hair. When it comes to makeup, it's not professional at all. It would be better if we did it at home. There's nothing wrong with ruining the bride's most beautiful day!

Yorumlara bakarak en iyi kuaför olduğunu düşündüğüm için Ertan Gülpınar yeni meram yolu üzerindeki şubesine girdim. Kuaföre girdikten sonra önce yaklaşık bir 5 dk konuşacak bir muhatap bulamadım. Bakın bir müşteri içeri girdiği zaman kimin ne işi olursa olsun sadece buyrun demeniz yeterli olur. Birçok çalışan görüp suratını çevirdi. Bu hiç profesyonel değil. İlk beş dakikanın ardından sarışın bir hanımefendi ne işlem olacağını sordu ve fön ve topuz demem üzerine,bir çalışanına yapmak isteyip istemediğini sordu. Çalışanı soruyu duyup cevapsız bıraktı. Bu şekilde bir müşteri yönetimi mi var yahu ? Bu tavırlar nedir ? I have been living in Istanbul for about 3 years. I came to Konya for my annual leave. I went to Ertan Gülpınar's new branch on Meram road because I thought it was the best hairdresser based on the comments. After entering the hairdresser, I could not find an interlocutor to talk to for about 5 minutes. Look, when a customer comes in, it's enough to just say "goodbye" no matter who does what. Many employees saw and turned away. This is not professional at all. After the first five minutes, a blonde lady asked what would be the procedure and after I said blow dry and bun, she asked an employee if she wanted to do it. The employee heard the question and left it unanswered. Is there such a customer management? What are these attitudes?

A place beyond disgusting disgrace indifference disrespect A place that ruins their most beautiful day at knee length A hairdresser that brides should never stop by, although this is an insult to hairdressers...they were paid so much money for a hair make-up that I was disgusted when I saw it since 2016. And on top of the day they ruined it shamelessly, the disrespectful make-up made a fight, just because I said delete it and do it again ..in other words, empty people are glorifying his name in such places, or else you give up..I wonder what skill he has made at home, make sure that the hair made at home is more beautiful than the one you make..
