★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличный вариант апарт-отеля для тех, кто ищет временное жилье. В номерах есть весь необходимый минимум для жизни. Миникухня с чайником, плиткой и стиральной машинкой. В семейных номерах две кровати: одноместная и двухместная. Дополнительной пространство с диваном и столом, где можно обедать и работать. Также шкаф, зеркало, холодильник, фен.
Очень приветливый персонал, общаться с которым можно через гугл-переводчик.
Удобное расположение: до старого города 7 минут пешком. До торгового центра в другую сторону - 10 минут пешком. Рядом в соседнем доме продуктовый магазин. Неподалеку магазинчики 24/7 и остановка общественного транспорта.
An excellent apartment hotel option for those looking for temporary accommodation. The rooms have all the necessary minimum for life. Kitchenette with kettle, stove and washing machine. The family rooms have two beds: single and double. Extra space with sofa and table where you can dine and work. Also wardrobe, mirror, refrigerator, hair dryer.
Very friendly staff, you can communicate with them through google translator.
Convenient location: 7 minutes walk to the old town. To the shopping center in the other direction - 10 minutes on foot. Grocery store next door. Close to shops 24/7 and public transport.

Ванные принадлежности, полотенца, холодильник с водой, все было. Из недостатков могу отметить маленькое количество места для вещей в номере на 3 человек.
The room was clean, there was no curtain in the shower combined with the toilet, but oddly enough, it was quite dry.
Bathroom accessories, towels, a fridge with water, everything was there. Of the shortcomings, I can note a small amount of space for things in a room for 3 people.

The hotel is really clean and comfortable, no sound, no noise, the shower and toilet are quite good, there is no heating problem and the night clerk at the reception was very helpful in every way.

We chose the hotel in terms of its location, but when we checked in, we realized that it really deserves the price you pay. Everywhere is very clean. The cleaning lady, if I am not mistaken, her name is Yasemin. She asked us if we want our room to be cleaned every day. Elevator stairs rooms are really sparkling. We would like to thank our brother Hasan, who welcomed everyone with a smile at the entrance. It was really a perfect stay for us. We met the boss of the hotel, he is a very decent person. Zero ego. Good thing we came here. We will come again, thank you very much.

We are satisfied in terms of price performance. A/C-TV works fine. Hot water is nice. Bathroom, bed linen and towels are clean. The price is affordable. Its location is central (walking distance) It has its own parking lot, free of charge. If I come again, I will stay legendary and truly magnificent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's list : Their response time on the phone is immediate. They always have someone at the reception who is ready to help. The rooms are sparklingly clear. The water is not sunpannel heating so there is always hot water. There is a kettle and a refrigerator that works. There is a paid parking spot 10 steps away. If you do not pay for parking they will try to find you a spot also. And we have been always greeted with a huge welcoming smile everyday. It might be my amazing personality though. Hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than on photos. Quite dirty rooms and thin doors. Doesn't feel safe enough and the neighborhood looks busy and noisy. Internet is slow and personnel isn't English speaking. I don't know why there're so many good reviews, it's 3 stars
