Aradım tekrar gelip aldılar. Ama ikincisinde de lekeler olduğu gibi duruyordu.Halıya yapışan neydigi belirsiz igrenc şey de cabasi.Basit bir leke cikariciyla kendim sildim hemen cikti. Dogru yikama da cikmayacak seyler değil yani. Firmayı arayıp söylediğimde sikayetinizi iletecegiz cevabindan başka hiç bir şey söylenmedi. Kusura bakmayın bile denmedi. Bir daha kesinlikle tercihim olmayacak.
I was very happy at first, but not since last year. My last chance was once again experience and gave it two versions. My white state was bad at the first wash. I called, they came again and bought it. But with the second, the stains remained as well. Not to mention the obscure nasty thing that stuck to the carpet. I wiped it off myself with a simple stain remover, it came off immediately. Well, it's not something that won't happen with the right washing. When I called the company and told it, nothing was said other than the answer that we will forward your complaint. Sorry not even tried. I will definitely not prefer it again.
