Güzel bir site girişi yapılır ise daire fiyatları min 50 bin artar. Tabi önce insanların daha güzelini istemesi gerekir. İnsanlar evini daire kapısı olarak bakıyor. Oysaki bilseler evi bahçe sınırları içine girince başlıyor. Güzel olan hiç bir şeye karşı çıkılmamalı. Heleki birisi araştırma yapmak için saatlerini, kendi cebinden para harcayıp sitenin güzellemesi için çabalıyor ise o kişiye dahada güven duyulmalı. Sitede oturan Herkesin parası var ama başkası da kullanacak diye pek para vermek istememesi dogru degil.
