★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknik eleman alımlarında insan kaynaklarının yetersiz kalması şirketin imajını yerle bir ediyor aslında.Bu şirket ile kaçıncı defa görüşmem ancak şirket yine insan kaynakları ile teknik eleman alabileceğini düşünerek hareket ediyor.Bir sistemin stratejisinin bu kadar yanlış olması ve bu sistem içerisindeki insan kaynakarlı çalışanlarının hep görüşmelerde bizimle çalışacak olan eleman en az on yıl çalışıyor v.b gibi söylemleri söylemesi galiba Erioğlu şirketinin insan kaynaklarının ortak stratejisi.Ancak bu stratejinin bile dışına çıkamayan insan kaynakları teknik eleman alımında bilgisiz ve tecrübesiz bir şekilde değerlendirmede bulunduğu için Erikoğlu diğer yaptığı yatırımlarda teknik eleman sıkıntısını her zaman çekeceğe benziyor....
