★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su siparişi ver ,bekle ,bekle,bekle....maximum 2 saat diyorlar ama minimum 2 saat olarak düşünün. Defalarca merkeze bildirdik fakat henüz çözüm yok..
 Order water, wait, wait, wait .... they say a maximum of 2 hours, but think of a minimum of 2 hours. We have reported it to the center many times but there is no solution yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne zaman arasam, telefonları açılmıyor. Bahaneleri hazır, telefonumuz bozuk. 2 yıldır telefon yapılmaz mi? Tüm gün su bekledim. Halen gelen yok. Erikli şikayet hattına şikayetimi bildirdim. Bugün itibariyle Erikli su aboneliğimi iptal ettireceğim.
Every time I call, their phone won't pick up. Their excuses are ready, our phone's broken. No phone calls for 2 years? I waited all day for water. Still no one coming. I reported my complaint to Erikli complaint line. As of today, I will cancel my Erikli water subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her zaman sabah 9da sipariş veriyoruz en az 6-7 saat sonra sipariş geliyor. 4440222 ye her seferinde şikayet bildiriyoruz sonuç yok. Bayiliği hak etmiyorlar üyeliğimi sonlandıracağım.
We always order at 9 in the morning at least 6-7 hours after the order comes. 4440222 every time we report no results. They don't deserve dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadece Erikli su içiyor olmama rağmen sırf bu bayi yüzünden sipariş vermeyi bıraktım. Başka marka alıyorum. Olur da bayi değişirse tekrar Erikli alırım. Yok değişmezse başka marka devam. Erikli genel merkezine ait müşteri hizmetleri departmanı bile ilgilenmiyor.
Although I only drink plum water, I stopped ordering just because of this dealer. I'm buying another brand. If the dealer changes, I will buy Erikli again. No, if not change, continue another brand. Even the customer service department of Erikli headquarters is not interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir sistem, rezalet bir hizmet anlayışı diyorum. İstisnasız her siparişi 5 saat bekliyoruz. Ertesi gün bile geldiği oluyor.
I call it a disgraceful system, a disgraceful service mentality. We wait 5 hours for every order without exception. It even comes the next day.
