Since we haven't ordered for a while, the carboy has grown algae. The deposit fee was requested for this. We also changed companies. I guess they think they are unrivaled.

When I called Afyon central communication for the order, an aggressive staff member answered the phone, insisting that they tend to take orders for the registered address, as they said they want a different address, but this is the registered lady, and she gave unnecessary reactions with an angry tone. The same person cannot create an order for a different address. I think there is an interesting working system and an interesting customer representation understanding.
