10 yıldır saç kesim, makyaj, kaş alımı ve ombre yaptırdığım yegane kuaförüm. Birkaç gün öncesinden küçük bebeğim olduğunu ve hızlı olmam gerektiğini söyleyerek randevu aldım. Randevu saatinde vardım ve dedikleri gibi hiç bekletmeden ilgilendiler. Ahmet bey güleryüzlü karşıladı ayrıca teşekkür ederim.Benim için en önemli olan şey hızlı olmasıydı ve tabiki güzel bir saç ile uğurlanmaktı. Ellerinden geleni yaptıklarına gönülden inanıyorum ve ten rengime, yüzüme uygun bir ombre ile ayrıldım. Ellerinize sağlık! Bu özeninizi hep devam ettirmeniz dileğiyle, bol kazançlar.

Bugün ışıltı attırmak için kuaföre gittim. Nasıl istedğimi sordular.Bende çok doğal güneşten açılmış gibi olsun dedim. Tamam dediler. Önce saçımı açtılar bekledim bir süre. Sonra saçımı yıkayıp tekrar koltuğa oturduğumda civciv sarısı saçlarım vardı (doğallık?) çok sarı olmuş dedim tekrar cila yaptılar . Biraz bekledim koyu gibi görünüyordu saçımın arkasını aynayla göstermediler tabi kuaförden çıkıp eve geldiğimde şok oldum resmen turuncu saçım vardı. Ne yapabiliriz diye instagramdan sorduğumda bana cilanın kalıcı olmadığını ve yıkamayla akabileceğini söylediler. Ee yıkamayla bu saç daha çok açılacaksa neden bu renk yapılıyor? Nerde doğallık. Antepte ilk kuaför deneyimim rezaletle sonuçlandı. Bir daha önünden dahi geçmem.

İçerisi kalabalık olmasına rağmen hiç beklemeden kesime alındım. İstediğim modelin daha iyisini yaptılar, kuaförüm Faruk çok kibar ve anlayışlı davrandı yolunuzun üstü değilse bile mutlaka buraya gelmelisiniz?

Choosing Erhan Kaya Kuafor, I expected a nice day at the salon where I could spend several hours getting my hair done (bleaching/coloring/haircut). I thought, because this salon seemed to be popular overall, that the customer service, as well as the professionality should be high. I was wrong. My hair is touched by many hairdressers, who seemed very unhappy about their job, e.g.: no smile on their face, did not ask me any question of what I want to have, brushes hair aggressively, while bleaching my hair, the hairdresser forgot about me while he was playing on his phone and talking to other people (my hair bleached for way more than it should = unnecessary damage), same thing happened when i had hair dye in my hair and it should have been left 40 min, I waited for 60 min and no one was there to wash my hair, even some mockery by some younger hairdressers.. and what made me the most confused is that they did not offer me coffee nor tea, whereas other customers had. I asked for coffee and the worker said they don't have it.. 2 min later another Turkish customer got coffee. I felt discriminated. My hair was way lighter than I wanted (due to the mistake of the hairdresser that left my bleach for too long).. I did not feel good about it and there was no solution given (after 2 weeks I should dye my hair again) .. I have been to another hairdresser the day after, and this hairdresser managed to get my hair several tones darker.. so again.. a lie from Erhan Kaya Kuafor? As an honest person, I expected so much more from a hairdresser this popular. I have been to same (or even lower) hairdresser, where I had an amazing time- great customer service: e.g.: smile, drinks, even while washing my hair they make sure you are comfortable and give a small massage. None of this was found in this hair salon. I felt like I was unwelcome, even discriminated. The price was also considerably high regarding their service. It was not worth the money I paid for this experience. I would never visit this hairdresser in the future, and I do not recommend my friends and family around the world to visit this hairdresser, until they make a drastic change in their customer service and hair care.. one positive point was my haircut. --------- Everything below this dash-line is an update of my review, moreover a reaction to their reaction The way they react is a personal attack to the customer, which is on top a false accusation, is absolutely unprofessional. I hope when customers read this review and your reaction, something will sit wrong in their stomach and they will realize it's either being lucky with the haircut, or it's going to be bad and you have to be silent about it. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes or realizing there is constructive feedback, they personally attack people who are not so happy with this place. Get your act together. Lastly, I can speak any language I want, this is a free world. Google translates anyways to your language in your settings, so for you to comment on my language-use or on my language of preference which I feel comfortable to write, is again very rude and another personal attack.
