A quality, economical and friendly business

There is interest until they sell the product, but they are terrible in the after-sales problems and demands. We had no idea how the products we saw separately during the sale of the bed base and headboard I bought for my child, they did not give us any warning about this issue. Since the bed is too high after the installation at home and the headboard is seen very little, we have requested to replace the base with a bedstead of 200 TL without using it. However, as the base was opened, it was said that there could be no refund or exchange for the difference, which could only be exchanged for equivalent. They told us that they could sometimes remove the header for a solution. We have also made a request for the title to be removed. We have been waiting for 15 days, but they do not continuously give a date to our calls (my house and store land are 750 meters). So until everything is sold. Instead of waiting, I took care of my own business. By the way, I experienced that the quality of the product I bought was very bad. According to me, it is one of the last two of the dozens of stores on the street where it is located.

I will never even pass by it again. We paid in advance and bought a balcony set for 5 people. They said they would deliver it after 15 days. Although we called several times, a chair was missing and everything was defective, after 1 month, they brought it back thousands of times, we searched thousands of times, making up different excuses, and we couldn't find the fabric of a missing chair after 4 months. We wanted to return it because the product is defective and missing, they did not accept, they just returned the price of the missing chair months later, they said that they would take care of the defective parts and promised, but they never returned and were interested. I wish I had not been contacted and applied directly to consumer rights, we were disgraced with our money, they are definitely not honest..
