★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biraz önce bu mağazadan son derece sinirim bozulmuş şekilde ayrıldım .Mağaza müdürü Doğan isimli ilgili bize bir süre sonra ukala ve kaba şekilde davranışlar göstermeye başlamış ve bana 5-6 müşteri kaçırttınız lafını bir kaç kez tekrar etmiştir. Bize kendimizi kötü hissettirerek malı satmaya çalışmış, en sonunda da yarın gelseniz bu fiyat yok, başka yere gidebilirsiniz bile demiştir. Mobilya , takdir edersiniz ki 1 kg elma alınır gibi alınmaz.Bir saat zamanını harcadı diye müşteriye bu şekilde kimse davranamaz.Son derece kızgın ve üzgün ayrıldım bir daha o mağazaya gitmem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anlaştıktan 50 gün sonra teslim edildi. Teslim edildikten 6 saat sonra sandalye kırıldı. Kendi süper !!! teknik servisi geldi ve "OTURMA HATASI" deyip kendilerini sıyırdılar.
Demek ki oturmamak gerekiyor.
Bilmiyorum mobilyacılık tarihinde böyle sağlam ve uzun ömürlü bir sandalye görüldümü?
Mobilya alacaklara ergül mobilya'dan almak değil kapısından bile geçmemelerini öneriyorum.
Lütfen dikkatli olun. yeni baktık yüzlerce şikayet var.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19.11.2021 tarihinde modoko Ergül Mobilya dan koltuk takımı aldık. Satışı yapan hanım efendi 20 günde teslim ediyoruz ama size bir ay diyelim dedi. Bir ayı geçti arayan soran yok . Ben aradığımda işte takibi bile yapmadıklarını anlıyorum üründen haberleri yok. O kadar ilgilliler, daha sonra Cuma günü gelcek denildi. Cuma oldu gelmedi . Cumartesi aradım. (arama gene yok) çarşamba dendi bekliyoruz alacaklara bilgi vermek istedim.
We bought a sofa set from modoko Ergül Furniture on 19.11.2021. The lady who made the sale said that we deliver in 20 days, but let's say a month. It's been a month and no one has called. When I call, I understand that they do not even follow up at work, they do not know about the product. They are so interested, it was said that they will come later on Friday. It's Friday, it didn't come. I called on Saturday. (No call again) It was said Wednesday, we are waiting, I wanted to inform the creditors.
