Ust kat erkeklere vakit namazları haricinde bile acıktır. Ramazan aylarında bile bayanlara da üst kat açılıyor bayanlarımızın ibadete katılabilmesi sağlanıyor. Kubbesini yüksek yapılması nedeniyle kışları fazla ısınmıyor.
It was built in 1999 by the mayor of Iskilip, Mehmet Lokum, as 3 floors, and the ground floor serves as a girls' course and the sink upstairs is a mosque. Upstairs are hungry for men even except for their daily prayers. Even during Ramadan, the upper floor is opened for women and women are allowed to attend worship. Due to its high dome, it does not get too hot in winters.
