★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eğer bu emlakçıya bir dairenizi yada herhangi bir malınızı kiraya verilmesi ve kira takibi için teslim ettiyseniz, ivedi bir şekilde kıraci ile yaptigi kontratı en ince ayrintisina kadar kontrol edin. Kontrattaki imzalarin eksiksiz yada sahte olup olmadigina ve özellikle kiraciya ait tc kimlik no.u kontral edin. Benim gibi 2 sene sonra bu dümeni farkettiginizde, elinizde sahte bir kontrat ve perişan olmuş maliniz kalır. Bu emlakciya ve kiracıya beddua etmekten başka yapacak birseyiniz de olmaz.
If you have handed over an apartment or any of your property to this real estate agent for lease and rent follow-up, immediately check the contract with the tenant to the finest detail. Check whether the signatures on the contract are complete or fake, and especially the tenant's TC ID number. When you notice this rudder after 2 years like me, you will have a fake contract and a miserable property. You have nothing to do but curse this real estate agent and tenant.
