H	Hidir Yiğit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.TOKİ konutları yapı olarak iyi görünüyor.Fakat yol henüz asfalt değil.Daha yapılması gereken eksikler var.Konumu , havası iyi görünüyor 3.TOKİ residences look good in terms of construction.But the road is not yet asphalt.There are more deficiencies to be made.Location, air looks good.
H	Huseyin Kardes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ereğli merkeze araba ile 12-15 dakika arası gidebiliyosunuz. Guzel manzarası var. Tek kusuru yeni yapılan Toki evleri cok dipdibe olmus. Biraz daha binalar arası açık olsa super olurdu. You can go to Ereğli center in 12-15 minutes by car. There is a beautiful view. The only fault is that the newly built Toki houses are very deep. It would be super if it were a little more open between buildings.

Toki 10 yıl önce yapıldı evler küçük ve çok daire var vb bu iki toki birbirine yakın etrafında okul hastane hapishane kurumları mevcut. Bu tokilerden 2 km uzakta yeni 3. toki yapılıyor bitmek üzere evler büyüklü küçüklü yapılıyor. There are 3 toki residences at a distance of 10 km to the center 1. Toki was built 15 years ago The houses are spacious quiet place 2. Toki was built 10 years ago The houses are small and have many apartments etc. These two toki are close to each other around the school hospital prison institutions. 2 km away from these tokies, the new 3rd toki is being done, the houses are being made big and small.

Zannedildiği gibi şehire uzak değil.Toplu taşıma araçları sık sık geliyor. It is a very nice and quiet place, a decent environment where you can walk around with your family and raise your children safely. It is not far from the city as it is supposed. Public transportation vehicles come frequently.

Toplu taşıma imkanı var. Yolları yeni. Cami,market,kuaför,eczane,unlu mamuller,ev yemekleri, etliekmek fırınları içerisinde mevcut. Çocuklar için bol miktarda park, oyun ve spor alanı var. Yaz aylarında serin olması büyük avantaj. Devlet hastanesi yürüme mesafesinde. City crowd, noise, exhaust etc. It is a peaceful and safe neighborhood where there is no pollution, the landscaping is in order, there are institutions such as hospitals, public and private schools, colleges, university campuses, student dormitories, practice hotel, rehabilitation and care center, police school and hobby gardens right next to it.
