Konya Ereğli Station is an example for those who want to experience nostalgia. We went to Konya from here. Ideal for intercity to intercity travel. Let me travel comfortably. If you need to get up and move if necessary, traveling by train is ideal. Train tickets are more economical. The travel time was half an hour longer. There was simit, ayran sale. The buttered bagel was delicious.

There is a cute station waiting room with a toilet, and the buildings have a car park on the back side which is near the historic and well maintained bazaar.

Nostalgia. One of our childhood venues. A place that is one of the symbols of Eregli. It can be made more useful. The waiting area is nice.

The oldest public building in Ereğli. With its historical texture and transportation opportunities, Ereğliye has been serving for years and with its developing technology, transportation and facilities it has started to lose its popularity. I think such places should be protected already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small old building, enough for the purpose though. Try to avoid railways if you can, since trains are exceptionally slow. Just go to a bus terminal, it will be much quicker than ancient trains that runs on this line.
