Ereğli Ehli antep Künefe & katmer

Their kunefe and presentations are very nice :)))

Unfortunately, there is no trace of taste and quality.

It was good last year. Now it's broken, I couldn't find what I was waiting for. Katmer needs to be fixed. The first one is something similar to the dry katmer I ate two years ago, the second last night..

It is the place where we go as a family for a sweet meal around 21.00 on 28.09.2021. While eating the dessert I ordered, I noticed that there was hair (most likely) on the side of the plate, some on the bottom of the dessert. I called the waiter and said there was hair on the plate and showed it to him. The waiter took the plate to the area where the künefes were made, I think he told the master. Then he asked me if I wanted a new one, so I didn't because I was sick to my stomach because of the hair. Then my brother went to the cashier to pay the bill and paid the bill. So I asked the friend at the cashier if he had received the price of the plate with hair in it, he said that he took it in a sullen way, and we did not say anything to the surprise of the incident. On the way out, I went to the cashier to indicate that we were not satisfied. He didn't even deign to say it. Hair coming out of the plate is really explainable. But there is no explanation for the bitterness we are exposed to. This is the first time we have encountered such treatment and craftsmanship. Let the friend at the cash register unaware of the craftsmanship, I'm sorry, etc. As a joke, he took the money for the künefe that had hairs in it. I wish we had not experienced such an event, but instead of writing them here, I would have written a comment about künefe. I hope I will be the last person to go to this establishment and be treated like this.

It's a nice place to eat hot dessert in Ereğli, the sweets are super, the place is not bad, it's good to have a playground when you go with your kids, all in all, the service is poor

Kunefe was very delicious, it had a great taste, the employees provide a perfect service, all the employees care a lot about cleanliness, they pay attention to the rules of the pandemic. The table arrangement is suitable for pandemic and social distance rules, the prices are very affordable This is one of the restaurants I visit most often.

Whatever is opened in Ereğli spoils after a year at most. Really, I will never, ever go again, it's a disgrace, even a star is a shame for your money. In my case, buy two künefe for 10 liras and eat it, there is no difference ?
