Ne yazık ki son 10 sene içerisinde, sitenin demografik yapısı değişmeye başladı ve kolay para kazandığı , yıkıp yerine yaptıkları tuhaf apartman şeklindeki aşırı gösterişli evlerden anlaşılan komşular peydahlandı. It is one of the oldest sites in this region. There are 3 different sizes of houses. It is extremely quiet and secluded. The largest houses are located in the lower rows. It is perfect with open walking areas, green protection, swimming pool and parks. However, the street asphalt and sidewalks are very neglected.
