★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Özellikle eskilerden inanılmaz anlıyor fakat o kadar kalabalık ki baya beklersiniz sonra aracınız temel arızası yapıldı ekstra bişey deyince ondan hiçbirşey olmaz diyorlar:)) Şükrü ustaya diyorum abi bu nasıl iş buna bi randevu yada plan yapman lazım, o da yıllardır böyle diyor. Vaktiniz varsa işinizi çözer yabancı diye ayrı muamele yapmaz iyi adamdır kel Şükrü. Fiyat konusunda da çok vicdanlıdır
He especially understands the old ones incredibly, but it is so crowded that you wait a long time, then your vehicle has a basic malfunction, and when you say something extra, they say nothing will happen :)) I say to Master Şükrü, how is it that you need to make an appointment or plan, he has been saying that for years. If you have time, bald Şükrü is a good man who will solve your business and do not treat him differently because he is a foreigner. He is also very conscientious about the price.

Aracımın parçalarını değiştirdiğini düşünüyorum direksiyon da zerre ses yoktu buraya verdim tekrar aldığımda direksiyondan gelen sesler direksiyon kopacakmış gibiydi sadece o da değil araç yapıldı dediler araba 2 gün sonra çekiş problemi yaşattı ADAM gibi bi ustaya gösterdik bobin gitmiş daha bilmediğimiz ne gitti acaba. Allah bildiği gibi yapsın hakkıkımı helal etmiyorum bırakmayın arkadaş bu adama araç felan.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I think it changed the parts of my vehicle, there was no sound in the steering wheel, I gave it here, when I bought it again, the sounds from the steering wheel seemed to break, not only that, they said that the vehicle was built, they said the car had a traction problem 2 days later, we showed it to a master like ADAM, the coil went away, I wonder what we don't know yet. May God do it as he knows, I do not allow my right, do not let this man be a vehicle or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen sene Elazığ Borusan servisi ve Malatya özel BMW servisine gittim ancak problemi anlayamadılar. Şükrü usta tek seferde nokta atışı sorunu tespit etti ve 2007 model 3.16i aracımın motor üst kapağında problem olduğunu gördük hemen hallettik ve problem kalmadı. Geçen hafta ise aracımdan ses geldiği için Çanakkale’de 2 özel servise götürdüm bir şeyi yok deyip gönderdiler. Bugün ise Şükrü usta diferansiyelde problem var dedi ve diferansiyeli değiştik aracım fabrika çıkışı gibi oldu. Uzun lafın kısası Şükrü usta varken BMW nizi başka bir yere götürmeyin benden tavsiye o bir BMW profesörü :)
Last year I went to Elazığ Borusan service and Malatya private BMW service, but they could not understand the problem. Şükrü masters detected a point shooting problem in one go and we saw that there was a problem in the engine top cover of my 2007 model 3.16i vehicle, we fixed it immediately and there was no problem. Last week, because of the noise coming from my vehicle, I took them to 2 private services in Çanakkale and they sent it. Today, Şükrü said that there is a problem with the master differential and we changed the differential, and my vehicle was like a factory outlet. Long story short, do not take your BMW anywhere else when Şükrü is master, I recommend he is a BMW professor :)
