★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gayet güzel bir yer. Çalışanlar yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Tek kötü yanı binanın şeklinden dolayı banyoların duşakabine sahip olmaması. Onun dışında temiz ve güzel bir yerdi.
 It's a beautiful place. Staff do their best to help. The only downside is that the bathrooms do not have a shower cabin due to the shape of the building. Other than that it was a nice and clean place.

It never has the standard of a university guest house. Very old rooms. The washbasins are very chalky, dirty. The guests were treated carelessly and carelessly at breakfast. We were not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Nezih bir yer. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki bey şu an adını hatırlayamıyorum çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.Kayseri’ye bir daha geldiğimde yine burayı tercih edeceğim.
Rooms were clean and beautiful. It's a nice place. Also, I can't remember the name of the gentleman at the reception, he was very interested and smiling. I will choose this place again when I come to Kayseri again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sürekli öğrencilere karşı farklı bir yaklaşım vardı bu sefer. Daha önce kaldığımız da daha iyiydi. Mesela bir arkadaşımız otelden çıkışı yaptı gece 12de otobüsü vardı akşam 9a kadar odamızda misafir oşarak oturmak istedi direkt kabul etmediler. Veya ben 12.30da çıkabilirim eşyaları mı hazırlıyorum dedim. Çıkış saatiniz öğlen 12yi geçerse bir gece daha ücreti alırız dediler.Konukevi değilde öğrenci yurdu gibi davranıyorlar. Bu sefer tavırlardan hiç memnun kalmadık.
There was always a different approach towards students this time. Our previous stay was also better. For example, a friend of ours checked out of the hotel, there was a bus at 12 at night and he wanted to sit in our room until 9 in the evening, they did not accept directly. Or I said I can go out at 12.30 am I am preparing my things. They said that if your check-out time exceeds 12 noon, we will charge one more night. They act like a student dormitory, not a guesthouse. This time we were not satisfied with the attitude at all.
