I placed an order for 250 TL from Erciyes Stationery online. 2 of the 4 incoming files were torn. The sand inside the belt cutter is falling off. 3 of the 24 pens I ordered are different brands. I contacted and I was insulted and not like that. Do not shop here. If their products turn out to be troublesome, they insult them and do not take them back. Withdrawal fee etc. They don't know their consumer rights either. They never accept the error or problem in their products. In the meantime, I reported threats and insults to the security forces.
