Merkeze de çok yakın tavsiye ederim. My stay at the hotel with a reputation. The housekeeper was very good and friendly. The owners are also very smiling. I highly recommend the center too close.

Kahvaltı büfesi birinci kalite.bu otel 4 yıldız kalitesinde bir hizmet veriyor... KESİNLİKLE TAVSİYE EDERİM... Tam bir aile oteli :) İşletme sahibi Ahmet Korkmaz bey ve tüm çalışan ekibine güler yüzlü hizmetlerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.. First of all, the hotel is very clean, hygienic. The rooms are very nice and the spacious bathroom has a shower cabin. . this hotel provides a 4-star quality service ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ... It is a complete family hotel :) Thank you to the owner Ahmet Korkmaz and his entire staff for their friendly services ..

Şu anki hali böyle, umarım ya işletenler değişir ya da işletenler bir şeyleri değiştirir. Beds are bad, no breakfast, pool is old and small, car space will be limited. T	Tanya Bondarenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Персонал приветливый, номера поюзаные,но чистые. 1й день были в номере 403 - относительно просторный, с балкончиком (на нем кофейный столик и 2 стула), но оказалось,что не работает кондиционер, только вентилятор, обратились на ресепшн -на английском практически не говорят!!!(((- переместили в 307 - маленький, без балкона (явно более низкой ценовой категории, но речи о возврате денег не шло, хотя понятно, что этот древний кондиционер поломан уже не 1й день). Холодильника, электрочайника, стаканов, стульев в номере нет (во всяком случае в 403 и 307). Вай-фай только в зоне ресепшн. Всё бы ничего, если бы Гугл мэпс не предложил отзыв по отелю оставить - перешли на оффициальный сайт отеля, и увидели, что номер, в котором мы сейчас живет стоит 50 лир ( с нас взяли 105 лир!!((( при этом не выдали квитанцию об оплате((( Единственный говорящий на английском парень - уровень йес-ноу-хот-коулд - с ресепшн не мог понять, что мы от него хотим... В общем, понимание того, что нас обманули, взяв за проживание в 2 раза больше, портит всё((( а учитывая, что в Алании, как и в Турции мы впервые, это накладывает мрачный отпечаток на восприятие всей страны и ее жителей((( The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but clean. The 1st day was in room 403 - relatively spacious, with a balcony (there is a coffee table and 2 chairs on it), but it turned out that the air conditioner does not work, only the fan turned to the reception desk — they practically do not speak English !!! ((((moved in 307 - a small one, without a balcony (obviously, a lower price category, but there was no question of a refund, although it is clear that this ancient air conditioner is not broken the 1st day). There is no refrigerator, electric kettle, glasses or chairs in the room (in any case in 403 and 307.) Wi-Fi only in the reception area. Everything would be fine if Google Map I did not offer to leave a review about the hotel - they went to the official website of the hotel, and saw that the number we live in now costs 50 lire (they took 105 lire from us !! (((they did not issue a payment receipt ((( English-speaking guy - the level of Yes-Know-Hot Coal - with the reception could not understand what we want from him ... In general, the understanding that we were deceived by taking 2 times more for living spoils everything (((and considering that this is the first time in Alanya, like in Turkey, it leaves a grim imprint on the perception of the whole country and its inhabitants (( (
P	Paul Seifert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel,very friendly staff that gives you a family feeling.Everything is very clean,modern shower cabins,AC,a well maintained pool.The food is very good.And the beach is in a short walking distance from the hotel.Will recommend it to all my friends and family.

The room floors was covered in black dirt and I washed it every day by myself and still the last day there our feet was dirty. The cleaner came once in 9 days and all she did was change the bed sheets (which had some black marks already, so not very clean) and gave clean towels. Imagine in what condition our beds was at our last day there when all of us were sweating in the sheets every night! Cockroaches had a party in our room every night. If food was forgotten on the table, soon it was covered with some nasty small bugs. The balcony was stray cats sleeping place during the night, and cat pee was smelling there. I had to wash the balcony myself so it didn't smell and was safe for my kids. The pool area was dirty and not safe for kids. The smaller pool wasn't even filled up with water. There was mold in the bathroom and it was just disgusting. The shower's floor was broken and every time when stepped on it, dirty water came out to my feet. All I did on my holiday there was cleaning! Unbelievable. I am so disappointed, we were suppose to stay in the hotel for 3 weeks, but we left after 9 days. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Only positive thing to say is the staff was nice and warm.
