★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pide gerçekten muazzam insanın yedikçe yiyesi geliyor. Konum olarak tutulan bir yerde değil ama Ankara’da ilk 3’de kesinlikle yer alır.İşletme oldukça temiz, ilgili ve güzel insanlardan oluşmuş. Gidin deneyin ve görün. Harika pide, harika esnaflar.
Pita is truly magnificent, the more people eat it, the more they can eat it. It is not in a place that is kept as a location, but it is definitely in the top 3 in Ankara. The business is made up of very clean, caring and nice people. Go try and see. Great pita, great artisans.

Bizim Etlik'teki Erciyes Cıvıklı Pidenin lezzet yok abi Kayseri'deki pidelerde. Yani uzun lâfın kısası cıvıklı pide için Kayseri'ye gitmeye gerek yok. Buraya gidin yiyin abi. Sırt etinden yaparlar üstelik. Bir de sac içinde tereyağlı kuru soğan getirirler ki masaya, oy oy oy oyyyy. Parmaklara dikkat .
I go to Kayseri twice a year to climb Mount Erciyes. On 29 October and 19 May. Every time I go, I definitely eat a sticky pita. Shall I confess something to you? Erciyes Cıvıklı Pide in Bizim Etlik has no flavor, brother, it is in pita breads in Kayseri. So, long story short, there is no need to go to Kayseri for a sticky pita. Go here and eat. They also make it from back meat. And they bring onions with butter in a sheet to the table, oy oy oy oyyyy. Watch your fingers.

Benim babam da esnaf.. Ben böyle esnafların kazanmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.. Sırf çocuğum seviyor diye almak istediğim tahinli pide için 30 TL den 27 TL ye vermesini istediğim için çocuğumun yanında böyle demesi unutmayacağım bir olay oldu..
