★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen gün şu böreği aldım. Lezzeti yeterliydi. Evlere börek vb teslim hizmeti var. Gönül rahatlığıyla buradan alışveriş yapabilirsiniz. Hizmet veren bayan arkadaşın müşterilere hizmeti, güleryüzlü ve çok iyi. Başka şubeleri de var.

Gelen siparişi kontrol ettiğimde 91 adet vardı, telefonla arayıp durumu izah ettiğimde dilimlerin büyük kesildiği için adedin azaldığını, üzgün olduklarını söylediler. Ben kendilerinin belirttiği adede göre sipariş verdiğimi şirket (veya fabrika) kaynaklı bir hatadan dolayı benim mağduriyet yaşadığımı belirttim, normalde yetkimiz yok ama buraya gelirseniz 7 adet size verelim dediler şaka gibi :) Hem şubede sözlü olarak hem de internet sitesinde söylenen klasik cevizli baklavada 98 adet olduğu. Gelen siparişte 91 adet var, firma tepsi değişimi yapmıyor veya eksik adedi tamamlamıyor. Kurye ile gönderdiği sipariş için buraya gelirseniz 7 adet verelim diyor. Kesinlikle bu şubeden alışveriş yapmanızı tavsiye etmem
I bought 1 tray of baklava for a gift to my workplace and was told there would be 98 in the tray. I placed the order according to the number of people working in my workplace. When I checked the incoming order, there were 91, when I called on the phone and explained the situation, they said that the number decreased and they were sad because the slices were cut large. I stated that I was a victim of a company (or factory) due to the mistake I ordered according to the number they stated, normally we are not authorized but if you come here they said we will give you 7 jokes :) that. There are 91 pieces in the order, the company does not change the tray or complete the missing number. If you come here for the order sent by courier, let's give 7 pieces. I would definitely not recommend you to shop from this branch

At least twice they packed the pastries I didn't want. When I noticed it at home and said it, they said A did not notice. When you buy pastry, keep your eyes on the package. You may get unwanted pastries from your package. The stuffed vegetables sold as a supplement are tasteless.

My order has not arrived in 2 hours. I'm not exaggerating, it hasn't arrived in exactly 120 minutes. Companies like you should be shut down. You don't deserve 5 cents.

Fakat gelen börek kupkuru ve altı yanıktı.Peynirinin tadı çok kötüydü, gerçekten yiyemedik.ilk defa hayatımda aldığım böreği geri götürüp şikayetimi ileteyim dedim. Orada çalışan bayan çok kötü bir tepki verdi, kesinlikle böreğinin çok güzel olduğunu şimdiye kadar böyle bir geri dönüş almadıklarını, böreği geri alamayacağını söyledi ve açıkçası çok aşağılayıcı ve sinirli bir tavırla benim daha önce bu böreği herhalde hiç yemediğimdan, tadını bilmediğimden falan bahsetti.Bu tavrıyla bir müşteriyi kaybettiklerini bir daha oradan alışveriş yapmayacağımı ilettim.
I recently ordered a Bosnian pastry from the pastry shop, which I used to shop frequently, to put with my daughter abroad. But the pastry that came was dry and burnt. The taste of the cheese was so bad, we couldn't really eat it. The lady working there gave a very bad reaction, she said that the pastry was absolutely delicious, she said that they had never received such a response before, that she could not take the pastry back, and frankly, she said in a very humiliating and angry manner that I had never eaten this pastry before, that I did not know its taste. I told them that they lost a customer and I will not shop there again.
