When your renting a car its always tricky and scary. This company was good the cars they had were new. I will recommend it. A local firm who has one base at the airport. Support local businesses!

I’ve used these guys several times over the years without any problems. The cars they give you are never filled with fuel and you are requested to return the car in the same manner. My last visit was as was expected on a empty tank. Upon my return the attendant told me that I had failed to put the required amount of fuel in the tank as was on the agreement. Granted I overlooked this detail when driving off, but after having traveled som 22 hours it was easily overlooked. The document showed over half! I told them it wasn’t so.Regardless they told me I owed it and would take it out of my deposit. As I stated I’ve used them quite a bit over the years but will now look elsewhere to rent my car. These guys lost a valued return customer over $20.00. I recommend you stay away from Fox rent a car. They are not to be trusted.

They gave us the wrong car because apparently the car has an issue with COVID-19. And at the return we had to pay an extra fee because according to them the car wasn’t clean. Very unfriendly personnel and I won’t rent a car here ever again.

I Rent-A-Car on the izmir airport the car was outside and inside very durty after three weeks holiday during the returning of the rental car on the airport they want from me €20 for the highway toll but the toll was only €1 after I didn’t pay him this amount €20 cash he want from me money to clean the car this rental car company is very unprofessional and want from you additional money to make profit

I booked a 7 seat car and received a 5 seat car of a lower category. Information about that down grade was done single hours before hand over of the car because "the car was returned as covid-19 and the car is in quarentine right now". The alternative car was dirty... the most dirty rental car I ever received. The price difference between booked and delivered car category wasn't paid back altough assured several times. Unprofessional service, never again!

Very unprofessional. When driving from the airport to our destination, we noticed that the lights of the car were not working! So we contacted ErboyCar several times. No solution. They just kept on sending us different phone numbers from colleagues. And promises to contact us. Which they did not. Besides that there were a variety of issues with the car and they have an empty to empty fuel policy. I rented a car once with them, but never again. Enough other more professional rental companies

Dreadful experience. Didn't turn up at Antalya airport when we arrived. They tell you to message them after you have picked up your luggage and then take over 20 minutes to come. On returning the car to the office they inspect it and tell you all is okay but when we got to the airport they then 'discover' a tiny chip or minor damage and say you will not get back your deposit. They ask you for a cash payment to sort things out. Shameful. Avoid this company.
