I took the vehicle to the authorized service first, and the estimated price of the service was over 20,000 TL in Erba. Upon the recommendation of Ray Sigorta Ankara damage officer, I took my car from the service and took it to Erba. At first I was not very hopeful. But after the craftsmanship I realized that they were really competent. Photographs of all original parts and all modifications made during the construction process. I gave my Polo branded vehicle to ERBA for the replacement of the bumper and headlight because of the front damage. No matter how interested they were at first, we realized that the business was theater when we went to get the car. The institution, whose closing time is 18.00, called us at 16.30 and asked us to take the car. We went back and forth, and they immediately asked us to sign the paper we received the car without any problems. Of course we didn't sign and wanted to see the car. When I saw the car, I saw 8 paint flaws (paint spillage and spots) on the bodywork and some of the bodywork was crooked. We requested that these be corrected. 2 days later I went to pick up the car and the number of defects had dropped from 8 to 2. I bought it because I need a car. In short, if you have a painting or something, don't go. Below you can see the dripping paint and the skew of the hood

In fact, I didn't think they would work that well. They gave an appointment 27.08.2018 at 14.30 a. They processed it as soon as they arrived. They hit the right rearview mirror at the traffic lights and left the motor own damage decision. It came white and they painted it in the color of the vehicle there. My advice to you is if you are going to receive such a service, take a small bottle with you. Get off the leftover paint. When you throw stones or something into the vehicle, you use it to make a routine.

They are very good, especially Cüneyt, the customer representative, was very helpful. They delivered the vehicle in a week and had it cleaned well.

They didn't do anything they said on time. They extended the repair period by one month, saying that the part did not come constantly, it was not from us. They said they will inform about the process. If you don't call, they couldn't. I was there at the time they gave for delivery. They made us wait for 2 hours saying "we will do the final checks". When I tried to explain my problem, they certainly did not accept responsibility. They always blamed another person or institution that was not there at the time. Definitely an unreliable company in this regard.

I definitely do not recommend. They extended our work a lot due to official procedures, frankly, I do not believe that it is a customer-friendly establishment.
