It is the distinguished company of the automotive supplier industry that I know closely. We have developed projects in different companies, both as a customer and as a supplier industry. While they offer very good products to the market with their product design, production and quality insights, they do not have problems with their procurement processes in order and project management.

This is the company that I will complete my 15th year this year. In a country like Turkey, which has a turbulent and difficult market, it still stands tall and is advancing by developing. I am extremely happy and proud to be a link in this chain.

There is a head of arge. The point they have come to in 50 years is clear. It is the company that technical personnel who want to train themselves should stay away from. There is no need to talk too much if an employer leaves the box of a young employee like a thief after a person leaves the job. On the positive aspects, we had a unique teacher like Tahsin Saya. Another positive aspect is that my teammates in ARGE were all good people. But be sure that if they had the opportunity, they wouldn't stop for 5 minutes and most of them didn't. In addition, I do not think that most of the people who made the positive comments below have anything to do with the company, there is no need for them.

My internship process at ERA gave me the opportunity to gain a very good experience in my field. The value that the company places on its employees, their sincere embrace of young friends and their efforts to support them in every field are enough reasons to define ERA as the most competent company in its field. I hope that the success of ERA, which takes innovation and development as its mission, will continue for many more years.

I am very happy to be in ERA for 2 years. I understood that it is a competent company in its field, before I started working, and after working, I realized that I was not wrong. The managers, on the other hand, fully reflect the company's missions and visions to their employees and implement them completely.

I worked at Philips Lighting for many years. Even though I switched to ERA from this international company afterward, I had no difficulty in adapting. One of the reasons for this is that their customers are leading companies in Europe and the world such as Mercedes, Volvo, MAN, Siemens, and the other reason is that the quality of their employees is very good. I have been working at ERA for 6 years. I am one of the last lucky people to qualify for early retirement. Although I retired while companies were looking for excuses to lay off workers due to the pandemic, ERA allowed me to continue to stay in the family by making a retirement initiative. Anyway, the hardest job here might be getting fired ? I haven't seen it yet, but if anyone can do it, congratulations! It has a very embracing nature. Worker health and happiness come first. I hope I can work here for many more years as long as my health allows and I can contribute.
